Box Clamp

Elbow Fits (Elbow Repair Clamp) provide sealing of damaged Elbow pipe, 90^o or 45^o angle, without shutdown or disruption to critical service. Elbow Fits may use for Long Radius (LR) Elbows and or Short Radius (SR) Elbows. Elbow Fits are widely used to repair a variety of high or low pressure rating class pipelines, including oil, water, gas and petrochemical process. The clamp halves are joined by bolts to form a high integrity pressure vessel around the damaged or leaking pipe. Sealing is provided by elastomeric seals of the highest quality selected for compatibility with the pipeline fluid and operating temperature.

BOX FITS are designed to encapsulate flanges and fittings on topside and subsea from pipe to pipe or over flange, to cover up the previous subsea flange when has leak in close proximity and replacing the clamp with longer version or side installation is not feasible. Box Fit is also suitable for dual size pipeline weld connection leak repair.In addition, one of the most common uses for Box Fits is Pipe Fit Reducers. Reducers are to reduce the larger pipe size to smaller size bore. So, these fittings are more in risk of wear, abrasion and corrosion.

Reducers can be repair by mechanical repair clamps in both concentric and eccentric types by properly design Box Fit which has different sealing and bore coverage in either side of the clamping box.  Also sealing compression on both sides are in action by same bolting pattern of the clamp.

Pipe Fit reducers design based on standard fittings as per pressure rating. Also, they can be fabricated on demand for fittings in other industries.
